Warranty Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026
This policy explains what's covered under warranty, how coverage periods work, and how to file a claim.
1. Coverage Period
Warranty coverage begins from your order date, not your delivery date. If you experience shipping delays, please keep this in mind — we recommend inspecting your item and raising any concerns as soon as it arrives. Coverage length varies by product; check your product listing or order confirmation for the specific duration.
2. Filing a Warranty Claim
If your item develops a fault within the coverage period, you can file a warranty claim from your order or account page. We'll review your claim and let you know the next steps.
3. Shipping for a Warranty Claim
Depending on the item, we may issue a prepaid shipping label for you to send the item to us, or arrange collection in another way. Where a label is issued, you'll need to drop the parcel off within a set number of days — please don't let the label expire, as this can delay your claim.
4. Chargeable Repairs
Some warranty issues aren't covered for a free repair (for example, damage outside the scope of the warranty) and may involve a repair fee instead. If this applies to your claim, we'll notify you clearly and give you a deadline to confirm and pay before proceeding. We'll also send you a reminder in advance if payment is still outstanding as your deadline approaches, so you don't miss it. If a chargeable repair is left unpaid for an extended period with no response, the item may ultimately be disposed of — we'll always make a genuine effort to reach you well before that happens.
5. What's Not Covered
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, or issues unrelated to a manufacturing defect. We'll assess each claim individually and explain our reasoning if a claim is declined.
6. Your Rights
Warranty guarantees under Malaysian consumer protection law cannot be excluded or reduced by this policy. If a product is defective or not of acceptable quality, you're entitled to a remedy regardless of anything stated here.
