Secu Depot operates this website to sell products to retail customers and registered dealers in Malaysia.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. If you register as a dealer, your application is subject to verification, and we may approve, reject, or request further information before granting dealer status. See our Loyalty Points Policy for details on dealer benefits.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate, but errors can occur. If a listing is materially inaccurate, we'll work with you to correct the order rather than simply cancel it where possible.

A note on Aira: our support assistant can help with general questions, but it does not have access to real-time pricing or stock levels and should not be relied on for those. Please refer to the product page or contact our support team for current pricing and availability.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability). Payment is processed through our payment gateway partner; we do not store your full card details.

These are governed by our separate Sales, Shipping & Returns and Warranty Policy pages, which form part of these Terms.

If you participate in our dealer loyalty program, your participation is governed by our separate Loyalty Points Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Misuse Aira or attempt to manipulate it outside its intended purpose
• Interfere with the normal operation of the site

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and product listings — belongs to Secu Depot or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secu Depot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy you have under Malaysian consumer protection law, including guarantees relating to product quality and warranty, which cannot be excluded by contract.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
